Technical Lead

As a Technical Lead at Medaura Infotech, you will be responsible for leading the technical development of healthcare software modules. Your role will involve overseeing architecture design, technical decisions, and code quality. You will collaborate with product, QA, UI/UX, and management teams to ensure smooth delivery. Additionally, you will mentor and guide developers across backend, frontend, and integrations to ensure high performance, security, and scalability of systems. Your responsibilities will also include managing sprint planning, conducting code reviews, and maintaining technical documentation. You will work closely on EMR, HMIS, RCM, or similar healthcare product workflows and coordinate integrations with third-party healthcare APIs such as PACS, LIS, and Insurance. Furthermore, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues. Qualifications required for this role include previous experience in HMIS, RCM, or healthcare tech, a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, experience in designing scalable architectures and microservices, proven leadership and team management skills, and familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have experience integrating PACS, HL7, FHIR, LIS, or insurance systems, knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, DevOps familiarity including CI/CD and Docker, and experience in startup or product-building environments.
