Technical Lead

As the chosen candidate, your main responsibilities will include: - Leading a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust software solutions. - Architecting and implementing front-end interfaces using React to ensure intuitive and responsive user experiences. - Designing and developing backend APIs and services using Django and FastAPI to support frontend functionality. - Implementing and maintaining DevOps practices such as continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure as code. - Managing and optimizing databases, including MongoDB and PostgreSQL, to enhance performance, scalability, and reliability. - Conducting code reviews, offering constructive feedback, and upholding high code quality standards. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members to cultivate a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture. - Collaborating with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. - Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and improve development processes. Qualifications required for this role include: - Extensive experience in working with React, Django, and FastAPI in production environments. - Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, encompassing CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation. - Proficiency in managing and optimizing MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases. - Solid knowledge of Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals. - Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
