Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engineering for

  RCM modules

  (claims, billing, coding, authorizations, insurance workflows)
• Architect and own

  RCM system design

  , scalability, performance, and security
• Build and mentor the engineering team with strong focus on

  RCM product delivery

• Ensure secure, compliant (HIPAA/GDPR/FHIR)

  RCM data handling

• Drive sprint planning, code quality, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for

  RCM + ERP

Nice to Have

• Experience with

  RCM workflows

  , GCC insurance rules, CPT/ICD codes, claims processing
• Multi-tenant SaaS experience
• Startup/scale-up background
