Job Description

Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement the overall 

    School Connect strategy

     to position iLEAD as a preferred higher education destination for Class XI–XII students.
  • Identify and prioritise key schools for engagement across Kolkata, Howrah, and adjoining regions.
  • Create annual and quarterly outreach calendars including workshops, seminars, cultural events, and experiential activities.


Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with 

    school principals, counsellors, and academic coordinators.

  • Act as the single point of contact for schools, ensuring regular engagement and follow-ups.
  • Organise school visits, interactive sessions, and invitation-based events at the iLEAD campus.


Programme Execution

  • Conceptualise and execute 

    career seminars, skill workshops, and cultural exchanges

     at schools.
  • Integrate iLEAD’s 

    excursion and staycation offerings

     (House of Sheherwali, Sundarbans) into school activity calendars.
  • Coordinate logistics for school excursions, including transportation, safety, and activity planning.
  • Collaborate with iLEAD’s faculty, student ambassadors, and marketing team for impactful delivery.


Sales & Target Ownership

  • Own the 

    admission targets attributed to school connect activities.

  • Drive 

    excursion sales targets

     through school engagements.
  • Ensure data capture of interested students and manage lead flow into iLEAD’s CRM for follow-up.


Team & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the 

    Admissions Counselling Team

     to ensure smooth lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Partner with the 

    Marketing Team

     to create communication material, presentations, and digital content for schools.
  • Train and guide support staff or interns for school event execution.


Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain detailed records of school interactions, events conducted, leads generated, and excursions booked.
  • Prepare 

    monthly and quarterly performance reports

     linking activities to admissions and excursions.
  • Continuously evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend improvements.
