Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for North India to achieve revenue and market share targets.
• Build, manage, and nurture strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, modern trade, and institutional partners.
• Leverage

  data analytics

  to track performance, identify growth opportunities, and optimize sales effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales managers and executives across multiple states.
• Drive execution of trade marketing and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities, market dynamics, and customer insights to adapt strategies.
• Ensure strong distributor ROI, supply chain efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
• Work closely with marketing, finance, and supply chain teams for integrated business planning

Requirements:

• 1218 years of proven sales leadership experience in

  beverages or FMCG

  .
• Strong network and on-ground understanding of the

  Upper North India market

  (Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP, Uttarakhand, etc.).
• Demonstrated expertise in

  relationship management, channel management, and distributor development.

• High proficiency in

  data analytics

  and ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing large and geographically spread teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
