Job Summary:
The Head of Sales will lead and manage the entire sales function of the real estate business, including strategic planning, team leadership, sales operations, revenue growth, client relationship management, and collaboration with other departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of driving sales performance across real estate portfolios, an in-depth understanding of market dynamics, and the leadership acumen to build and maintain a high-performing sales team.
