Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the sales team to generate revenue.
  • Define sales and marketing strategies to increase the customer pipeline.
  • Identify and engage with potential buyers through various channels
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations
  • Negotiate deals and manage end-to-end transaction processes
  • Maintain client relationships for future sales and referrals
  • Keep updated records in the CRM system and report sales performance
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and inventory.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
