At Nutrition in Sync, we’re redefining wellness with personalized, science-backed programs. We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales function, drive conversions, and scale revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

Own and optimize the entire sales funnel (HubSpot expertise is mandatory)
Connect with leads, build relationships and nurture for conversion
Lead, coach, and upskill the sales team to consistently exceed targets
Align sales and marketing to maximize lead quality and conversion
Use data insights to refine strategies, improve performance, and hit revenue goals
Collaborate on pricing, retention, and growth strategies at the leadership level

What we’re looking for:

7–9 years’ sales leadership experience in wellness, health, education, or services
Proven track record of hitting/exceeding revenue targets
Strong leadership, communication, and team coaching skills
HubSpot expertise (automation, reporting, pipelines)
Organized, proactive, and data-driven approach
