• Be the go-to contact for clients, ensuring a smooth and positive program experience
• Handle grievances with patience and professionalism
• Drive client renewals and promote referrals
• Collect reviews and feedback to strengthen our reputation
• Maintain accurate records and analyze client insights

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Communications (preferred)
• Experience in client relationship management or a similar role
• Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Empathetic, organized, and solution-oriented
