Essential Skills and Experience

● 5 to 8 years of experience in solar sales and field sales

● Relevant experience in selling products like solar modules, inverters, MMS, etc.

● Possess the ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations

● Possess advanced interpersonal skills and negotiation skills

● Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

● Develop strategies to increase sales through channel

● Meet directors/promoters/CXOs of EPC companies and gather their upcoming requirements

for material and financing

● Offer Supply Chain Finance solutions and also procurement services for modules, inverter,BOS, etc

● Acquire clients by penetrating new markets and work with channel partners

● Meet customers and explain about the services and products of the company

● Engage closely with internal finance and credit teams to structure a financing solution

tailored to the EPC's specific needs

● Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.

● Present sales reports to the management team

● Provide competitive insight and trends in support of sales pursuits
