We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales head to lead and grow our business. This role will be central to achieving our ambitious sales targets and increase our market penetration.
4-6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (specifically with respect to Quality tools like LIMS, QMS, DMS etc.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present ideas effectively.
Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
Take ownership of the entire sales process, including lead management, client acquisition, and business development, to drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute structured business plans to meet enterprise sales and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
Track, analyse, and report key performance metrics such as revenue, market share, and client engagement to ensure sustained business growth.
Build and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders to expand market presence and customer reach.
