We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales head to lead and grow our business. This role will be central to achieving our ambitious sales targets and increase our market penetration.
· 4-6 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry (specifically with respect to Quality tools like LIMS, QMS, DMS etc.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and present ideas effectively.
· Ability to manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
· Take ownership of the entire sales process, including lead management, client acquisition, and business development, to drive revenue growth.
· Develop and execute structured business plans to meet enterprise sales and revenue targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
· Track, analyse, and report key performance metrics such as revenue, market share, and client engagement to ensure sustained business growth.
· Build and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders to expand market presence and customer reach.
