Head of Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in industrial products such as motors, gearboxes, pumps, VFDs, or similar. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in hardcore sales & marketing, the ability to lead from the front, and the vision to scale sales operations from a small business to a corporate level.

• Lead and manage the Sales Head as well as the overall sales team.
• Drive sales growth with extensive travel and readiness to travel PAN India as needed.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic sales planning and execution.
• Represent the company in large corporate meetings and industry events.
• Implement professional reporting tools such as charts, graphs, Excel dashboards, and VLOOKUP-based reports.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the sales team.
• Propose and execute changes to elevate the sales process to a corporate level.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering) or BE in Electrical/Mechanical.
• Proven experience in sales & marketing of motors, gearboxes, pumps, VFDs or similar products.
• Track record of managing a professional sales team and driving corporate-level sales.
• Strong communication skills – Fluent in English and basic knowledge of Gujarati.
• Proficient in MS Excel, data reporting, and professional email communication (without AI tools).
• High level of integrity, reliability, and leadership ability.
