Essential Skills and Experience

? 5 to 8 years of experience in solar sales and field sales

? Relevant experience in selling products like solar modules, inverters, MMS, etc.

? Possess the ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations

? Possess advanced interpersonal skills and negotiation skills

? Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities

? Develop strategies to increase sales through channel

? Meet directors/promoters/CXOs of EPC companies and gather their upcoming requirements

for material and financing

? Offer Supply Chain Finance solutions and also procurement services for modules, inverter,BOS, etc

? Acquire clients by penetrating new markets and work with channel partners

? Meet customers and explain about the services and products of the company

? Engage closely with internal finance and credit teams to structure a financing solution

tailored to the EPC&aposs specific needs

? Researching potential leads from the open market, web searches, or digital resources.

? Present sales reports to the management team

? Provide competitive insight and trends in support of sales pursuits
