Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Head of Sales with proven expertise in Darjeeling and CTC tea sales to lead our domestic and export business. The role demands strong market knowledge, established buyer networks, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic planning and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Darjeeling & CTC tea across bulk, retail, and export markets.
• Develop and execute market expansion strategies in India and overseas.
• Build and manage strong relationships with traders, distributors, institutional buyers, and modern trade.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate high-value deals.
• Collaborate with production, marketing, and logistics to ensure seamless delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
• Represent the company at trade shows, tea expos, and buyer meetings.

Candidate Profile

• Proven track record in tea sales, especially Darjeeling and CTC segments.
• Strong network of domestic and export buyers.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of tea grades, quality standards, and market preferences.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Proficiency in sales reporting and CRM tools.

Industry Preference: Tea estates, tea export houses, FMCG tea brands, or auction houses.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
