Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer Experience Level: [Entry / Mid / Senior] Reports to: Creative Director / Marketing Manager Salary- Negotiable About the Role: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to create compelling visuals that effectively communicate brand messages. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design digital and print assets that elevate our brand and engage our audience. Key Responsibilities: Develop visual concepts and designs across various platforms including web, social media, email, print, and packaging Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create cohesive campaigns Translate business objectives into visually engaging designs Create brand-compliant layouts and graphics that align with style guides Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field 2+ years of experience in graphic design (or strong portfolio if entry-level) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design Experience designing for digital platforms and print materials Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to take constructive feedback and work collaboratively Preferred Qualifications: Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) Knowledge of UI/UX principles or familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch Photography or illustration skills Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Leave encashment Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
