CTC: ₹10–14 LPA (Performance + ESOP-linked) About the Role: You’ll be the COO of the frontlines —owning store performance, SOPs, customer experience, and P&L across Rapsap stores. If you’ve scaled ops in a high-growth, high-stakes environment, this is your domain. What You’ll Own: End-to-end store operations and SOP enforcement Hiring, training & retention of store staff Inventory planning and demand forecasting In-store revenue optimization & footfall conversion NPS, operational efficiency & shrinkage control Liaise with the warehouse team for restocks & distribution We’re Looking For: Experience in offline retail/FMCG/QSR/modern trade Strong grip on store ops, team management & reporting Comfortable with tech dashboards, audits, and P&L tracking Hustler mindset—willing to get hands dirty Based in Mumbai or ready to relocate Show more Show less
