From ATL to performance, and from loyalty to footfall—this role owns the full marketing engine. Think of this as CMO of the battlefield , not just a brand guardian. What You’ll Own: Shape the brand voice, visual identity, and communication strategy Drive traffic & conversions across both app and physical stores Build and lead performance marketing across paid + organic channels Own content, SEO, influencer and campaign performance Scale customer retention via CRM, loyalty & re-engagement Build and track key growth metrics—CAC, LTV, ROAS, NPS, etc. We’re Looking For: Experience in brand, digital, or D2C marketing Bonus: experience in retail, Q-commerce or FMCG Ability to balance performance with creative Sharp storyteller who understands consumer psychology Mumbai-based or willing to relocate Show more Show less
