Head of Performance Marketing & Growth


Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage end-to-end marketing funnels: targeting, creatives, landing pages, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ensure campaigns deliver ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to maximize effectiveness.
  • Oversee SEO strategy, content marketing, and organic growth initiatives.
  • Build reports and dashboards to track performance for internal and client stakeholders.

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for the company’s marketing services.
  • Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and ROI-based solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Meet agreed monthly/quarterly business growth targets.
  • Explore partnerships, networking opportunities, and referrals for new business.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as the single point of accountability for marketing performance and business development.
  • Work closely with management to align marketing strategies with overall company goals.
  • In future, recruit and lead a team of marketers and sales professionals.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 4–8 years of experience in

    performance marketing and client acquisition

    (agency/startup background preferred).
  • Proven track record of successfully running performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Demonstrated experience in acquiring and managing clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.), and CRM platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
