Qualifications

• 6–7+ years

  of experience in performance marketing, with at least

  2 years in a leadership role

• Deep expertise in

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Retention Marketing

  (Email/WhatsApp)
• Proven ability to manage

  large monthly budgets (₹10L+)

  and deliver measurable results
• Strong analytical skills; hands-on with tools like GA4, GSC, GMC, Ads Manager, Whatsapp API, Mailchimp, etc
• Experience in

  fashion, apparel, or D2C/e-commerce

  is required
• Full-time availability with

  on-site presence (Lajpat Nagar, Delhi)

  , 6 days working

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end

  performance marketing strategy and execution

  across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, WhatsApp, and Email
• Own and optimize

  ad budgets (₹10L+ per month)

  to deliver on ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets
• Build and scale

  retention funnels

  (Email, WhatsApp, remarketing flows, loyalty campaigns)
• Analyze performance data, identify insights, and continuously improve campaign efficiency
• Collaborate with creative and product teams to design

  high-impact campaigns

• Mentor and lead a small team, driving performance marketing as a key growth function
