Head of Performance Marketing

As the Head of Performance Marketing at The Ayurveda Experience, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the overall performance marketing strategy. Your role will involve creating and managing Google Ad campaigns, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads, while ensuring top organic search ranking positions and optimizing all advertising campaigns for positive Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS). You will also manage paid listings on third-party websites and media partners, oversee email marketing and marketing automation strategy, and track and measure all marketing campaigns using Google Analytics. To excel in this role, you must have in-depth knowledge of web analytics, Google Adwords, and Facebook Marketing. Your leadership skills will be crucial in setting and prioritizing goals, while your analytical mindset will support effective campaign targeting and performance measurement. A strong track record in managing large ad spends, proficiency in email marketing platforms, and a degree in Marketing communications or equivalent will be beneficial.
