This is a full-time role for a Head of Performance Marketing at Poddar Diamonds. The role is based in Mumbai and requires the candidate to work on-site. The Head of Performance Marketing will be responsible for leading the performance marketing efforts, managing and optimizing campaigns across digital channels, analyzing data to make informed decisions, and driving overall marketing strategy. The role involves overseeing performance management, leading a team of marketing professionals, and ensuring that marketing objectives are met.

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in Web Analytics
• Experience in Team Leadership and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
