Head of Performance Marketing & Growth About Us Axisphere Mediaworx (Azorix Tech) is a fast-growing marketing solutions provider. We specialize in helping businesses scale through data-driven performance marketing, brand building, and growth strategies. We are looking for a Head of Performance Marketing & Growth to take complete ownership of our digital marketing efforts while also driving new business opportunities. This is a senior leadership role combining performance marketing expertise with client acquisition responsibilities . Key Responsibilities Performance Marketing Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms. Manage end-to-end marketing funnels: targeting, creatives, landing pages, retargeting, and conversion optimization. Monitor KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ensure campaigns deliver ROI. Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages to maximize effectiveness. Oversee SEO strategy, content marketing, and organic growth initiatives. Build reports and dashboards to track performance for internal and client stakeholders. Client Acquisition & Business Development Identify, engage, and onboard new clients for the company’s marketing services. Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and ROI-based solutions. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Meet agreed monthly/quarterly business growth targets. Explore partnerships, networking opportunities, and referrals for new business. Leadership & Collaboration Act as the single point of accountability for marketing performance and business development. Work closely with management to align marketing strategies with overall company goals. In future, recruit and lead a team of marketers and sales professionals. Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 4–8 years of experience in performance marketing and client acquisition (agency/startup background preferred). Proven track record of successfully running performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI. Demonstrated experience in acquiring and managing clients. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.), and CRM platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
