Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Marketing located in Coimbatore. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing market planning and developing comprehensive marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, coordinating public relations efforts, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. The role requires strong leadership skills to guide the marketing team and ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities and Duties:

● The incumbent plays a crucial role in shaping the brand's identity and outreach.

● Should be responsible for crafting effective marketing strategies that resonate with the target audience. ● Should possess a flair for creative writing that captures attention.

● Oversee campaign from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.

● Should be able to analyze market trends

● Should be able to understand competitors & refine strategies.

● Should be able to manage budgets wisely. A successful campaign needs financial oversight to maximize ROI without overspending.

● Collaboration is vital too—working closely with sales, product development, and creative teams fosters innovative ideas.

● Must monitor campaign performance which is critical for ongoing improvement. Adjustments based on data insights keep initiatives relevant and impactful in an ever-evolving marketplace.


Required Skills and Qualifications

● Must possess a blend of both hard and soft skills.

● A strong foundation in digital marketing techniques is crucial. This includes expertise in SEO, social media strategies, and analytics.

● Ability to develop unique campaigns that resonate with the target audience can make all the difference. ● Having a flair for creating compelling content is key for engaging prospective customers.

● Excellent communication skills are non-negotiable.

● Analytical thinking also stands out among required traits. Being able to interpret data helps refine strategies and measure success effectively.

● Relevant educational qualifications typically include degrees in marketing, business administration or communications—providing the theoretical groundwork needed for this dynamic field.
