We are hiring for Head Of Marketing position for our Excellencia Group of Institutions on an immediate basis.

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing to lead our branding, outreach, and student acquisition efforts. This is a key leadership role that will focus on driving growth, enhancing visibility, and positioning Excellencia as the preferred choice for students and their families.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Head of Marketing with a proven track record in the education sector. The role involves developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to elevate the brand, generate leads, and drive admissions across all of our campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• .Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns (digital, ATL & BTL) aimed at boosting student enrolments, with a particular focus on Hyderabad market trends and regional preferences
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website management
• Collaborate with academic and operations teams for events like seminars, webinars, and scholarship drives
• Monitor and support marketing activities across all campuses
• Lead expansion initiatives by identifying new markets and managing marketing for new branch launches
• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies
• Lead, inspire, and guide the marketing team to achieve strategic goals

Required Qualifications:

• Qualification: MBA from a reputed institution
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational marketing, with expertise in online EduTech platforms/ +2/ Junior Colleges segment or a closely related field
• Proven success in driving admissions growth through effective marketing strategies.
• A candidate should be ready to join from 10.10.2025.
• Deadline for the application is 07.10.2025.
• Salary range: up-to 18 LPA.
