Chief Marketing Officer (IIT-JEE & NEET Divisions)

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Chief Marketing Officer with a proven background in the education industry, particularly in the IIT-JEE &NEET segments. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to build the brand, generate leads, and drive admissions across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies (digital, ATL&BTL) to boost student enrollment*Run targeted lead-gen campaigns for students and parents. Manage the annual marketing budget*Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, &website activities*Collaborate with academic and ops teams for events: seminars, webinars, open houses, and scholarship drives*Build outreach partnerships with schools, junior colleges, and education consultants*Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategy*Lead and guide the marketing team*Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent messaging across all channels

Required Qualifications:
*Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field from a premier institute*5–8 years' experience in educational marketing, preferably in IIT-JEE/NEET segment*Strong grasp of digital marketing tools &platforms*Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities*Proven track record in driving admissions growth through marketing campaigns

Preferred Skills:
*Experience in managing regional campaigns across multiple locations.*Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.*Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
