Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Chief Marketing Officer with a proven background in the education industry. The role involves developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to build the brand, generate leads, and drive admissions across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and run marketing campaigns (digital, ATL & BTL) to boost student enrollments.
• Manage the overall marketing budget effectively.
• Oversee digital activities including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and website updates.
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for events like seminars, webinars, open houses, and scholarship drives.
• Monitor and support marketing activities across all branches.
• Lead expansion efforts by identifying new markets and planning marketing for new branch launches.
• Build outreach partnerships with schools, junior colleges, and education consultants.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to improve marketing strategies.
• Lead and guide the marketing team to achieve goals.
• Ensure strong brand positioning and consistent messaging across all platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• MBA from a reputed institute.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in educational marketing, preferably in the Schools/ +2/ Junior Colleges segment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proven record of driving admissions growth through effective marketing strategies
