Chief Marketing Officer (Schools / +2 / Junior Colleges segment)

As a Chief Marketing Officer at Excellencia Group of Institutions, you will play a crucial role in shaping the branding, outreach, and student acquisition strategies. Your focus will be on driving growth, enhancing visibility, and positioning Excellencia as a top educational choice for students and families. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, ATL & BTL) to increase student enrollments. - Effectively manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI. - Supervise digital activities such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and website updates. - Collaborate with academic and operations teams to organize events like seminars, webinars, open houses, and scholarship drives. - Provide oversight and support for marketing initiatives across all branches. - Identify new markets and plan marketing strategies for new branch launches. - Establish partnerships with schools, junior colleges, and education consultants to expand outreach. - Conduct market analysis, monitor competitor activities, and leverage customer insights to enhance marketing strategies. - Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve set goals. - Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all communication channels. **Required Qualifications:** - MBA from a reputed institute. - Minimum 10 years of experience in educational marketing, preferably in the Schools/ +2/ Junior Colleges segment. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. - Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. - Track record of driving admissions growth through effective marketing strategies. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in managing regional campaigns across multiple locations. - Blend of creativity and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills. - Ability to excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
