Your strategic vision and dynamic approach will be instrumental in driving growth and establishing Excellencia as a top choice for aspiring students and their families. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, ATL & BTL) to enhance student enrollments. - Effectively manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI. - Oversee digital marketing activities such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, and website updates. - Collaborate with academic and operations teams for organizing events like seminars, webinars, open houses, and scholarship drives. - Supervise marketing activities across all branches to ensure consistency and effectiveness. - Identify new markets and spearhead marketing strategies for new branch launches. - Establish partnerships with schools, junior colleges, and education consultants to expand outreach. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies. - Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team to achieve set goals. - Maintain strong brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. **Required Qualifications:** - MBA from a reputed institute. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in educational marketing, preferably in the Schools/ +2/ Junior Colleges segment. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms. - Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. - Proven track record of driving admissions growth through effective marketing strategies. **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in managing regional campaigns across multiple locations. - Blend of creativity and analytics with strong problem-solving abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
