Qualifications & Skills

• MBA

  or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 12–18+ years

  of progressive experience in marketing, with leadership exposure.
• Proven experience in strategic marketing, brand building, and demand generation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, analytics, and modern marketing tools.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or B2B industry preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy, brand management, demand generation, and digital growth
• Drive sales-led marketing outcomes
• Ensure ROI-focused marketing spends and EBITDA contribution
• Lead new product launches (NPDs) and focus brand growth
• Build strong ATL, BTL, Digital & Retail marketing ecosystems
• Strengthen brand equity, PR visibility, and stakeholder confidence
• Develop marketing talent, governance, SOPs, and performance discipline
• Financial & Business Growth through Brand, Digital & Market Expansion
