Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and align IT operations with organizational strategy and goals.
• Develop and implement IT policies, systems, and infrastructure to support business needs.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and leadership for seamless technology deployment.
• Design and implement scalable IT solutions leveraging emerging technologies.
• Manage IT budgets, procurement, and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, legal requirements, and ethical guidelines.
• Monitor and optimize IT infrastructure performance; implement improvements proactively.
• Drive cloud adoption, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.
• Evaluate technology trends and integrate innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Conduct training/workshops to improve staff adoption of new technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leading IT operations and managing enterprise-scale infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of IT management systems, enterprise solutions, and modern software architecture.
• Proven leadership in managing teams, projects, budgets, and cybersecurity initiatives.
• Expertise in vendor management, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Prior leadership experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational environment.
