Head of Information Technology

As the Head of IT for a fast-growing consumer-focused brand, you will have a strategic leadership role in owning and driving the entire IT ecosystem of the organization. Your responsibilities will include leading the implementation and management of WMS (Warehouse Management System), SAP, Digital Factory Automation, and other key technology initiatives critical to the business. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation and management of WMS, SAP, MES, and factory automation systems. - Drive digital transformation projects with a hands-on, execution-focused approach. - Ensure successful change management, user training, and technology adoption. - Collaborate with stakeholders and take a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving. Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of overall experience, with at least 4-5 years in a manufacturing or consumer goods environment. - Strong expertise in SAP (post go-live), WMS, MES, and factory automation systems. - Demonstrated success in change management, user training, and technology adoption. - Business-first thinker with strong stakeholder management skills and solution-oriented problem-solving abilities. - Willingness to relocate to Dehradun for a minimum of 6 months, after which the role is based in Noida with required travel.
