Head of Information Technology

Role Overview: As the IT Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of sophisticated Healthcare IT projects, ensuring adherence to international regulatory frameworks and industry-leading practices. Your strategic engagement with key stakeholders will govern project scope, mitigate risks, and optimize financial performance, service standards, and operational effectiveness. You will play a crucial role in augmenting sales efforts by introducing innovative solutions and upholding excellence in service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end software and application development, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and support. - Ensure seamless transition and support for all projects, quarterly change requests, and production fixes. - Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications while serving as the primary point of contact. - Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols, ensuring adherence to user-defined software delivery methodologies and applicable industry standards. - Lead Healthcare Informatics projects specializing in EHR, EMR, HIS, RIS, and PACS systems. - Develop and manage global-standard medical software, ensuring compliance with DICOM, HL7, ICD-10, Interoperability, EDI, and HIPAA regulations. - Architect enterprise data analytics systems, including Data Lakes, Structured Data Warehouses, and Data Marts. - Implement and integrate BI tools, large-scale data integration platforms, and AI-driven analytics solutions. - Oversee shared enterprise platforms, including workflow automation, content management, HR systems, and data mining solutions. - Implement and manage IT service quality, covering incident management, financial management, event management, and capacity planning. - Lead service recovery initiatives to ensure prompt incident resolution and effective problem management. Qualification Required: - B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT/IISc/BITS or an equivalent premier institution. - 15-20 years of experience in IT leadership, with expertise in full-stack development, applications, Healthcare Informatics, gaming, EHRs, and HRIS. - 6-8 years of experience managing large-scale, global IT programs and projects. - Advanced proficiency in AI, Data Science, Cloud/Edge computing, and enterprise technologies. - Soft skills such as exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building.
