Job Description

The Head of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in developing and implementing human resource strategies to align with the organization's business plan and objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), this position focuses on talent management, performance evaluation, training, and compensation. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent to drive business success. Strategic Leadership: In this role, you will develop and execute HR strategies that support the company's mission and objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on HR matters, talent acquisition, and organizational development will be a key aspect. Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Your duties will include leading recruitment efforts to attract high-caliber talent and designing talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs. You will oversee employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency. Employee Relations & Performance Management: You will develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards. Managing performance frameworks, employee relations, conflict resolution, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities. Learning & Development: Designing training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth, implementing leadership development initiatives, and collaborating with department heads to identify training needs will be essential in this role. Compensation & Benefits: You will oversee the design and execution of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensure alignment with industry benchmarks through market analysis, and develop incentive and recognition programs to boost employee motivation. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, optimizing HR processes through technology solutions, and maintaining HR metrics for strategic improvements are crucial aspects of this role. Qualifications & Skills: To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). With over 20 years of HR experience, including at least 10 years in a leadership role, you should possess strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent acquisition strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to drive change and foster a positive organizational culture, are key. Experience with HR technologies and applicant tracking systems (ATS) will be beneficial for success in this role.,
