Role Description

We are currently looking for a Head Human Resources,

As a Head HR, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the HR strategy to support our organization's goals. You will lead a dedicated HR team, ensuring the development and implementation of policies, programs, and practices that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:  Strategic HR Leadership:

 Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives.

 Provide strategic counsel to senior management on human resources matters.  Talent Acquisition and Management:

 Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent.

 Develop and implement effective onboarding and talent development programs.  Employee Relations:

 Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.

 Address employee relations issues and ensure timely resolution.  Performance Management:

 Lead the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and professional development.  Compensation and Benefits:

 Manage the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.

 Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.  Training and Development:

 Identify training needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective training programs.  HR Policies and Compliance:

 Develop and update HR policies to align with best practices and legal requirements.

 Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.  HR Technology:

 Oversee the selection and implementation of HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience.

 Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.

 Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
