Job Description

JOB ROLE -

We are seeking a HR Head having excellent interpersonal skills, and capabilities to communicate effectively with senior level employees / senior Doctors.

HR Head is expected to build a strong foundation for the organization – which is expected to expand rapidly in the next 5 years

Candidate will be a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to support the organization in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training and credentialing.

The ideal candidate will contribute to build efficient HR operations while ensuring compliance with internal standards

and budgetary constraints.


Policies and documentation

Standardization of existing policies and framing new policies Updating and developing JDs


Recruitment & Onboarding

Identify internal requirements, source appropriate candidates and fill vacancies in alignment with organizational norms and timelines.


Conduct reference checks for all selected candidates prior to offer release.


Manage pre-joining processes including document verification and communication.


Ensure smooth onboarding and completion of all joining formalities for new employees.


Manpower Planning & Cost Management

Ensure all vacant positions are filled as per approved manpower plans.


Contribute to manpower cost reduction by optimizing hiring practices in line with the unit budget.


Employee Retention & Engagement

Support initiatives aimed at improving employee retention and reducing attrition.


Assist in implementing and monitoring employee engagement programs.


Performance Management / R and R

Coordinate, compile, and close the annual appraisal process in collaboration with department heads.


Maintain accurate records of performance evaluations.


Training & Development

Identify training needs and assist in organizing skill enhancement programs for staff.


Track participation and effectiveness of training initiatives.


Credentialing & Compliance

Manage the credentialing process for doctors, nurses, and

paramedics, ensuring all documents and licenses are current

EXPERIENCE -

6+ years in hospital HR function and experienced in recruiting clinical and non-clinical staff, medical professionals – especially Medical Oncologists, nurses, physicians and surgeons
