Drive sales planning for the region on a monthly basis by cascading the zonal sales strategy and aligning the same to dealer groups and outlets
Drive implementation of sales plan by allocating adequate resources to achieve market share, profitability and volume targets for all outlets
Track, measure and review sales performance with respect to assigned targets on a periodic basis to ensure adherence to timelines and commitments to internal and external customers
Gatherer outlet wise information/intelligence and propose dealer network expansions to increase penetration
Track & execute WIRR ,PF, NFA, declined ratio, model mix on an annual, half yearly, quarterly , monthly , weekly and daily basis
To monitor performance and targets for TLI for SMs and FEs so as to ensure company targets are met
Drive “right product & profile mix” for a strong portfolio.
Maintain strong business relations with dealer partners to identify potential business opportunities and retain their interest.
Review dealer payouts per policy guidelines on a monthly basis and ensure timely processing of the same, resolve any concerns/ issues in this regard that dealers may face.
