· Develop comprehensive MIS reports for internal & external stakeholders.
· Lead statutory, internal, and investor audits.
· Ensure accounting standard compliance and regulatory adherence.
· Establish robust internal controls across AP/AR, payroll, inventory & compliance.
· Proactively identify risks and implement corrective measures.
· Maintain audit readiness at all times.
· Optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
· Lead ERP implementation (Odoo/Tally/Zoho).
· Standardize accounting processes and automate dashboards.
· Drive continuous process improvement across finance function.
· Build sophisticated financial models, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts.
· Lead variance analysis, scenario planning, and what-if analyses for growth and risk decisions.
· Provide strategic insights to founders and cross-functional teams.
· Prepare investor presentations, board decks, and quarterly financial updates.
· Lead financial due diligence for future fundraising rounds.
· Maintain data rooms and engage with investors, lenders, and analysts.
· Qualified Chartered Accountant
