The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and control company budgets, expenses, and financial risks.
• Develop and manage budgeting processes to ensure financial efficiency.
• Implement automation solutions to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
• Ensure full compliance with tax regulations, audits, and other statutory requirements.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment planning.
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to the management team.
• Improve financial processes and internal controls for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial planning with business objectives.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to improve overall performance and accountability.
• Maintain strong investor relations and communication.
• Support and lead fundraising activities, including preparation of financial data and due diligence.
