🎯 Role: Head of Engineering

Head of Engineering

This is a leadership role where you’ll:

• Define AlgoKart’s

  technical architecture

  and roadmap
• Lead delivery of

  marketplace, backtesting, portfolio dashboards, broker integrations, and compliance pipelines

• Build and mentor the

  Jaipur-based engineering team

• Collaborate with founders to balance

  speed vs. scalability

• Take ownership of

  security, reliability, and compliance

This role reports directly to the founder and offers a clear path to CTO as we scale.

✅ Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering (preferably in

  product companies

  )
• Strong in backend systems (Node.js, Python, Go, or Java)
• Experience designing

  scalable architectures, APIs, and real-time systems

• Exposure to

  React/SPA frontends

• Proven track record of building and shipping

  real products

  (not only service projects)
• Prior leadership / mentoring experience
• Must be based in

  Jaipur

  (on-site leadership required)

⭐ Nice-to-Have

• Fintech / trading / payments background
• Experience with

  marketplaces, SaaS, or social platforms

• Familiarity with

  quant/backtesting systems

• Early-stage / startup leadership experience

💰 Compensation

• Equity Only (no fixed salary at present)
