Job Description

Job Title : Head of Engineering

Location : Morinda, Punjab

Department : Engineering

Reports To : Managing Director

Employment Type : Full-Time

Salary Budget : 10Lpa-1.2 Lpa

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the engineering department, ensuring efficient project execution and product
development.
Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the design, development, and optimization of engineering processes and systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product enhancement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications : Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering (Mechanical)

Experience:

Minimum 15+ years of experience in engineering management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Candidates with experience in the Automobile Manufacturing sector, particularly in the production of automobile components.
Familiarity with automotive industry standards, such as ISO/TS 16949, lean manufacturing principles,
and Quality Control Systems within the automotive supply chain, is highly valued.

Industry Preferred : Automobile Manufacturing, Automotive Component Manufacturing,

Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
