About the Role
We are looking for a senior leader with 15+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years leading cross-functional sales and/or marketing teams, to lead and build our Digital Marketing division from the ground up.

The ideal candidate has spent 7-8 yrs in hands-on sales roles and has transitioned into digital marketing, with strong practical experience using digital platforms to generate leads and sales outcomes.

This role is for someone who has personally done sales and now applies that real-world sales experience to understand client businesses, suggest the right digital marketing strategy, and execute it to drive leads, revenue, and business growth for small and medium-sized businesses.

Because this is a new division, you will personally plan, run, and optimise digital marketing campaigns end-to-end in the initial phase, before building systems and a team. Strategy ownership and execution responsibility go hand in hand.

This is a leadership role with ownership, not a campaign-only or platform-management position.

Our Digital Marketing Vision & Approach
We will be targeting small and medium-sized businesses across India, typically companies with ₹20 Crore+ annual turnover.We will operate with complete strategic transparency — openly sharing our strategy and performance projections with clients and committing to measurable results that guarantee predictable outcomes for every rupee they invest. If we fail to deliver on our promises, we will refund every rupee the client has invested.

Our execution approach will combine:

  • International-standard campaign messaging
  • Leveraging WhatsApp CRM for Indian businesses
  • AI-enabled creative and strategic development

What You’ll Own (Core Responsibilities)
1. Lead Client Strategy & Business-Outcome-Driven Digital Marketing (80% of the role)

  • Take client briefs and deeply understand their business goals, growth objectives, and sales process
  • Design clear, structured digital marketing strategies aligned to lead generation, pipeline, and revenue outcomes
  • Prepare and present strategies through well-crafted pitch decks, clearly explaining how campaigns support business objectives
  • Present performance projections with confidence, using practical logic around leads, conversions, and expected outcomes
  • Support client conversion into long-term engagements by clearly articulating value, approach, and expected results

2. Hands-On Execution in the Initial Phase
Because this is a new division, you will personally own execution in the initial phase, including:

  • Planning, launching, and managing digital marketing campaigns end-to-end
  • Monitoring performance and making ongoing optimisations
  • Handling reporting, insights, and outcome tracking

3. Build and Shape the Digital Marketing Division
You will create and shape this division — its people, processes, and structure. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing internal processes, workflows, and operating standards
  • Working closely with our internal consultant on strategy, systems, and methods
  • Setting up a scalable operational structure as the business grows
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and training team members over time

This role is for someone who is comfortable leading from the front and taking full ownership.
