· Are you an exceptionally creative artist who understands how to maintain a cohesive, visually stunning look and feel across an entire project · Do you live and breathe design? · Are you someone with strong visual instinct—someone who just knows what makes a design look and feel right? · We’re looking to hire a highly creative designer —someone from a reputed Art or Design college who can think creatively & design stunning digital designs, based on a finalized Look & Feel document provided by our internal team. · The design style should match with international aesthetics and should not reflect Indian market trends or styles. · Your role is purely focused on designing visual design of the highest level YOUR ROLE WILL BE TO: · Design high-quality digital assets based on a finalised Look & Feel direction provided by our team · Ensure all your designs reflect GLOBAL DESIGN STANDARDS —clean, modern, and visually balanced—tailored to the expectations of clients in the USA, Australia, and Europe · Ensure the design style matches international aesthetics and DOES NOT REFLECT INDIAN MARKET TRENDS OR STYLES · Use stock imagery with precision— blending, retouching, enhancing, and polishing images to create premium-quality compositions · Your designs should feel well thought out—balanced, visually cohesive, and carefully composed to reflect a high standard of quality YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: Hold a formal Art or Design degree from a recognized Art College (Mandatory) Have 2–3 years of professional experience in designing digital interfaces and visuals Have a strong portfolio that showcases aesthetic finesse, clean compositions, and advanced image work Have excellent eye for v isual hierarchy, colour balance, typography, branding consistency & attention to detail. Confident using design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar Thrive in design-led environments and love refining the small details others might overlook Please share your portfolio link when applying.
