About the Role
We are looking for a senior leader with a total of 15+ years of professional experience, of which at least 5 years must have been spent leading cross-functional sales and/or marketing teams, to lead and build our Digital Marketing division.

The ideal candidate has spent 8–10 years in core sales roles and has subsequently transitioned into digital marketing, with approximately 7–8 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, to drive sales and lead generation through digital platforms.

This role is for someone who has lived in sales and now applies that experience to design and execute digital marketing strategies that generate measurable business outcomes —leads, conversions, and revenue.

This is a leadership role with ownership, not a campaign-only position.

Our Digital Marketing Vision & Approach
We will be targeting small and medium-sized businesses across India, typically companies with ₹20 Crore+ annual turnover.
We will operate with complete strategic transparency — openly sharing our strategy and performance projections with clients and committing to measurable results that guarantee predictable outcomes for every rupee they invest. If we fail to deliver on our promises, we will refund every rupee the client has invested.

Our execution approach will combine:

  • International-standard campaign messaging
  • Leveraging WhatsApp CRM for Indian businesses
  • AI-enabled creative and strategic development

What We Need You to Take Charge Of
1. Lead Client Sales & Strategy (80% of the role)
Take client briefs and understand their business needs
Create clear, structured digital marketing approachesPrepare and present strategies through well-crafted pitch decks
Present performance projections with confidence and clarityConvert prospects into long-term clients

2. Hands-On Execution in the Initial Phase
You will handle all execution, includingPlan and execute campaigns
Manage performanceHandle reporting and optimizations

3. Create and shape this division — its people, processes, and structure.
Your responsibilities will include:Developing internal processes and workflows
Working closely with our internal consultant on strategy and systemsSetting up a scalable operational structure
Recruiting and training team members as the division grows
