Job Description

We're Hiring: Head of D2C (Ecommerce Website) 📍 Location: Mumbai | 🕒 Type: Full-Time | 💼 Experience: 5+ Years Are you passionate about building and scaling high-performing D2C websites? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of D2C to own the growth, performance, and customer experience of our ecommerce platform. 🔍 What You’ll Own: Full ownership of the D2C website (Shopify), including performance, UX, funnel optimization, and conversions Drive key metrics like CVR (Conversion Rate), AOV (Average Order Value), and LTV (Lifetime Value) through: A/B testing Customer behavior analysis Continuous UX/UI and performance optimization Collaborate closely with marketing to: Align traffic acquisition with sales funnels Build efficient retargeting and conversion flows Lead customer retention initiatives via: Email marketing WhatsApp automation Loyalty programs Review & referral strategies Ensure seamless backend integration with: Tech stack Customer experience tools Inventory and logistics systems Proactively identify bugs and manage platform issues with quick resolution Maintain high operational SLAs for: Order processing Support and issue resolution ✅ What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of hands-on experience in D2C ecommerce (beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle preferred) Deep expertise with: Shopify GA4 (Google Analytics) User behavior tools (e.g., Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) Proven success in: Conversion rate optimization Funnel management Retention and engagement strategy Strong analytical mindset with the ability to: Interpret data Prioritize initiatives Execute for measurable outcomes Highly organized and process-driven with cross-functional ownership skills Growth-oriented and adaptable – someone who: Moves fast Solves problems Delivers results A builder’s mindset – treats the website like their own product and drives it like a founder Show more Show less
