Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Client Success Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner for client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with U.S. clients, focusing on value delivery.

• Conduct discovery discussions to understand client business goals and challenges.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design and present suitable IT solution recommendations.

• Facilitate smooth project execution by aligning client expectations with delivery teams.

• Provide ongoing client support, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive account growth.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in client success, client servicing, account management, or consulting roles

U.S.-based clients

• Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and align them with solutions.

U.S. time zones

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to CRM, Cloud, ERP, or IT solution platforms.

• Experience in consulting or pre-sales discussions.

• Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.
