We are looking for a strategic and creative Head of Content who can lead our brand narrative, define content strategies across platforms, and ensure consistent storytelling that drives engagement, awareness, and conversions across the marketing funnel.
The ideal candidate will blend creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to craft compelling stories that elevate our brand presence and performance across digital channels.
1. Content Strategy & Planning
● Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals and marketing
objectives.
● Build and manage content pillars for top, middle, and bottom-of-funnel marketing across platforms
(Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, Founders’ profiles).
● Define content formats, tone, and style guides to ensure brand consistency and impact.
2. Narrative Development & Storytelling
● Create and shape the brand narrative that connects with target audiences through authentic
storytelling.
● Identify key stories and moments that highlight the company’s innovation, people, and impact.
● Work closely with founders and leadership to build their personal brand presence on social platforms.
3. Content Performance & Optimization
● Develop testing strategies to analyze the effectiveness of different content formats, messaging, and
visuals.
● Monitor and measure content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, watch time,
etc.) across platforms.
● Use insights to optimize and refine content strategies for better performance and ROI.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
● Collaborate with creative, design, social media, and performance marketing teams to bring
campaigns to life.
● Align content plans with product launches, campaigns, and business objectives.
● Ensure all content supports the company’s overall marketing funnel strategy.
5. Leadership & Innovation
● Stay updated with trends, tools, and emerging formats in content marketing.
● Encourage innovation and experimentation in storytelling, visuals, and engagement tactics.
● Guide junior writers, video creators, and external agencies on content direction and execution.
● 2–4 years of experience in content strategy, storytelling, or brand marketing.
● Strong understanding of digital platforms (Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn) and audience behavior across
them.
● Experience with content testing, performance analytics, and funnel-based content marketing.
● Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
● Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically.
● Experience working with founders or leadership teams on personal branding is a plus.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred.
