This individual will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional patient experience and will serve as the first point of contact for the institute. Key Responsibilities:Manage front desk operations including answering incoming calls and responding to inquiries.Follow up with clients and assist in appointment scheduling.Convert incoming leads/inquiries into appointments and ensure client satisfaction.Maintain records using computer systems and institute-specific software.Greet patients warmly, manage check-in/check-out processes, and provide relevant information.Coordinate between departments and maintain smooth communication.Handle administrative tasks and ensure the reception area is organized and professional. Location: Mumbai, Chembur Experience: 1–2 years Monday - Friday Budget - 4.80 lpa Key Responsibilities Develop and execute PR strategies and campaigns for F&B and lifestyle clients. Build, nurture, and leverage strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets. Draft press releases, media pitches, brand stories, and thought leadership articles. Manage media outreach, coverage tracking, and reporting. Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and creative partners to ensure seamless campaign execution. Stay on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging media opportunities. Requirements 2–3 years of proven PR experience, preferably in the F&B and lifestyle sectors.
