• Source & Screen: Find top talent via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and your network
• Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews smoothly with hiring managers
• Maintain Records: Update ATS, assist with drafting job descriptions and job postings
• Support Projects: Help improve recruitment strategies and processes

Are You a Fit?

• 6 months-1 year experience in recruitment or HR (internships count!)
• Warm, clear communicator who enjoys engaging with people
• Detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with Google Suite and MS Office skills
• Comfortable traveling to Mumbai weekly post-training;

  reliable internet and laptop required
