🎓 Qualifications

✔ MBA (HR) + IT background

✔ Experience in HR operations, recruitment, and IT systems

✔ Strong understanding of ERP / HRMS platforms

✔ Passion for people, technology, and development

✔ Ready to work in a mission-driven environment
